Purchase My Leased Vehicle
Can I purchase my leased vehicle?
Yes, you can purchase your leased vehicle at any time during the lease. Contact us for forms, instructions, and the payoff amount. We cannot accept payoffs from third parties (such as friends and family). If a retailer would like to purchase your vehicle, they will need to contact us directly for the retailer payoff amount. Please note that even after you terminate your lease, you may be billed for remaining property taxes, parking tickets, toll charges, and other state or local fees due on your account.
Visit Chase Direct Auto to complete an application for lease purchase financing from Chase. Lease purchase financing is only available for named lessees on the Lease Agreement, and cannot be transferred to third parties, such as friends or family members. Adding or removing an individual from the lease is also not available.

Will I be charged for modifications or upgrades to my vehicle?
- You may be charged for modifications or upgrades to your vehicle. Your Lease Agreement states that you will not modify the vehicle (such as adding, removing or modifying any accessories, equipment, parts, painting or lettering) without our prior written permission.
- Any accessories, equipment or parts installed in or on the vehicle become our property and part of the vehicle regardless of whether we gave you our written permission.
